The whole hotel including the staff was outstanding. We have not experienced such a service like here for a long time, always helpful and there were free drinks. The location was also top. One of the best addresses in Prague. Breakfast has never been as varied as here.

The service in the accommodation was excellent, always responsive and always helpful. We were enthusiastic about the possibility to get drinks at any time and that for free. Also the transport service is certainly very comfortable even if we did not use it. The breakfast was overwhelming a gigantic choice one did not know where to start. We can recommend the hotel in every respect
I don't know what could be done better

I was really impressed by the owner and the entire staff. They treated us like family! One standout moment was when we arrived and they immediately offered us a drink in their cozy courtyard, it. And the breakfast! Fresh homemade pastries, not a hotel.
It was a bit on the pricier side but worth every penny.

The hotel was very centrally located! We walked to the Old Town square and went all the way to the beautidul Charles bridge. The room was clean and very spacious. Huge and comfortable bed (we actually got a triple room). Breakfast had the typical European cheeses and hams, but they also had eggs and yogurths and fruit.
I guess we could have avoided this is a different floor. We stayed right next to the breakfast room in the first floor, and of course the noise woke us up early early in the morning.

The hotel was extraordinary and magical in general, had great staff with the service offered by all staff. The bathroom in our standard double room was large. The breakfast had a huge variety of high quality options, and was outstanding. We truly enjoyed staying in this property:)))

Perfect and quiet location, comfort room, spacious breakfast, airport shuttle.
Tv list of programmes too poor - only czech and mtv, rtl, but without sound (?) - maybe only in my room. Very weak Wi-Fi - no Internet access in the room - I had to stay in front of the door to be connected. Not a big problem if you come without laptop, but for me it was one of the amenities I insist on, when I choose that hotel.

The property is in a quiet side street yards from the Old Town square and all major attractions. It is very convenient. Built around a courtyard the rooms are generous in size and have all mod cons and ours had a large bed. The stall are attentive and pleasant and provide all the help they can about attractions and recommendations for restaurants. They provided us with a bottle of complimentary wine and put fresh flowers in the room twice that my wife appreciated very much. Breakfast is good with a nice selection of hot and cold dishes. I can say nothing bad about the place or people and would happily go back again.
Nothing - all was perfect.

Residence Agnes is simply fantastic, starting with a staff that shows unparalleled service and friendliness. The hotel is located on a quiet but accessible street a few charming city blocks from the Old Town Square. The rooms are very comfortable and the buffet breakfasts offer a light, savory start to the day. But it's the staff that sets this gem apart! You will not be disappointed.
No complaints whatsoever.

It was just a great match for a cursory stop in Prague with great value for money. The free beer and snacks were a nice touch after a long day of exploring. Don't hesitate to ask for a couple of pastries if you get hungry in the evening!
